These Terms & Conditions apply to the Berkhamsted Football Club Community 50/50. The Community 50/50 is operated under the registered name Berkhamsted FC Community 50/50 Fund and is a monthly fundraising lottery supporting the ongoing running and development of Berkhamsted Football Club.
Entry is open to persons aged 18 years or over only.
By entering the Community 50/50 you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
Entry is made by setting up a monthly Direct Debit.
Each successful monthly payment of £10 provides one entry into that month's draw.
Entries are only valid once payment has been successfully collected and confirmed.
Failed, cancelled or refunded payments will not be entered into the draw.
The prize draw will take place on or around the 14th of each month.
If this falls on a weekend, bank holiday or circumstances outside of the Club's control, the draw may take place on the next practical working day.
The monthly prize fund will be up to 50% of the net proceeds received after payment processing fees and any failed or refunded payments have been deducted.
The remaining proceeds will be used to support the ongoing running and development of Berkhamsted Football Club.
The winner will be selected at random from all valid paid entries.
The draw may be carried out using an independent online random number generator.
A record of each draw will be retained for transparency and compliance purposes.
The winner will be contacted using the details supplied when entering.
Prize money will normally be paid by bank transfer.
Please allow up to two weeks from the date of the draw for prize funds to be paid.
You may cancel your Direct Debit at any time through your bank or by contacting the payment provider.
Cancellation will prevent future entries but will not affect entries already paid for.
Your personal information will only be used for administering the Community 50/50, contacting winners and meeting our legal obligations.
Berkhamsted Football Club reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or suspend or withdraw the Community 50/50 where necessary.
